It’s always free shipping and exhanges on Flattered.se to the Nordic countries. An order from Flattered.se will normally take 2-4 business days to be delivered, once dispatched. You will receive a shipping confirmation by email when your delivery is on its way. If you do not receive this email within 3 working days of having placed your order, please contact our customer service.
Within Sweden, Flattered AB sends all its packages through PostNord AB. Your order will be sent by post to your local delivery point. When it has arrived, you will receive a text message notification on the mobile number provided to us in connection with your order. You will also receive an AVI by email, which you can print and take with you when picking up your package. If you do not claim a package you have ordered, you will be charged a fee of 16 EUR. This is to cover the costs of processing, return shipping and handling.

Therefore, we have put in place a ‘Change your Mind’ policy, valid for a period of 14 days, which includes a money-back guarantee, as well as free shipping for exchanges. This is in accordance with Sweden’s statutory cancellation laws. The only condition is that the product comes back in its original condition, i.e., it must not be used. All packaging material and paraphernalia must also be enclosed. When returning a pair of Flattereds, please ensure that the box is enclosed in protective packaging – for example, a plastic bag. Shipping cost for both the return and new delivery will be taken on by Flattered AB. To ensure free shipping for the return of your item, please indicate to us the item you would like in exchange within 24 hours of sending back your purchase. This can be done by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please provide the original invoice number, order number if possible, and the size and color you wish to change to.
The bill of lading for return should be enclosed with your order. If you can have not gotten it, please contact email@example.com.

To enable us to process your return you must send with it the original shipping label you received upon delivery. The bill of lading for return and replacement can be found here.
If you receive a defective/damaged or wrongly supplied product, please contact customer service as soon as possible – no later than 14 days from delivery. We will of course pay for shipping costs in both events but, for us to be able to do this, we request you to send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, indicating what is wrong with the item. Please also include the invoice number and, if possible, the order number as well.

If we receive packages that have not been claimed at the post office, we reserve the right to charge you for all costs incurred in connection with shipping and handling – a total of 16 EUR.

Once the goods you ordered have been delivered to you, and we have received adequate payment for them, you will become the owner of said goods. Henceforth, you will take on the responsibility for their loss or destruction.
Sometimes it may occur that an item you ordered is not in stock and is backordered, i.e., the order cannot be currently filled or shipped, but is requested for when the item becomes available again. If this is the case, you will be notified by email within 2-4 days. If you wish to cancel your order, or if you have questions about delivery times, please contact customer service.

If goods are damaged or lost during transportation to a customer, Flattered AB will be held responsible for payment. However, in this event, it is the customer’s responsibility to communicate it to Flattered AB’s customer service within a reasonable period of time (a maximum of 2 months). If the goods are damaged or lost when being returned to Flattered, the customer will be held responsible for payment.
Flattered reserves the right to cancel an order if fraud is suspected. Our internal security system will alert us if an order(s) is suspected to be fraudulent. Upon such a security alert, the delivery of current orders may be paused or delayed. Sometimes, it may mean that an order is stopped even though it does not involve a fraud. In these circumstances, we hope that our customers will be patient with us, as it is a matter of their own security. All suspected fraud will be prosecuted and the matter will be left to our external partners to follow up on.
