Are the ballerinas true to size?

Flattered are designed according to sizes of European standards and are normal in size. Next to all models you find a size guide that reveals all the dimensions of the shoe. If you are choosing between two sizes, we recommend you to go for the smaller one. At first, the shoe might feel tight, but after a few times of usage, the leather tend to stretch and adapt to its user. Even the piping around the shoe becomes softer and shaped over time.


How long will it take before I receive my order?

For deliveries within Sweden the shoes are expected to be delivered in 1-2 working days, when ordering from For international deliveries the delivery time is a bit longer, approximately 5 working days. Do you have free shipping at Flattered?

Of course we do! Flattered have free shipping on all orders, and in case of any exchange and returns within 14 days.


How do I do to return or exchange my ballerinas?

Flattered always have free returns and exchanges within 14 days. Please feel free to contact us at if you wish to return the shoes and we are happy to assist. If you have chosen to pay by invoice, this will be acknowledged and the invoice will be cancelled as soon as we receive your pair of return. In case you wish to change into another pair, you will receive an updated invoice when we received the return. If the item you have chosen to return already have been paid, a refund will be made to you, it will then take approximately five business days before the amount is returned to the account.


I have received a defective product, what can I do?

We guarantee that the goods you have ordered should be in perfect condition at delivery. Should you receive a defect or wrongly supplied product, contact Customer Service as soon as possible, but no later than within 14 days if the item is damaged when received. The shipping is a always free for deliveries and complaints, to do this you must email and inform us of what is wrong, and the order number. We will then assist you in the matter.
