Are the ballerinas true to size?

Flattered are designed according to sizes of European standards and are normal in size. Next to all models you find a size guide that reveals all the dimensions of the shoe. If you are choosing between two sizes, we recommend you to go for the smaller one. At first, the shoe might feel tight, but after a few times of usage, the leather tend to stretch and adapt to its user. Even the piping around the shoe becomes softer and shaped over time.

How long will it take before I receive my order?

For deliveries within Sweden the shoes are expected to be delivered in 1-2 working days, when ordering from www.Flattered.se. For international deliveries the delivery time is a bit longer, approximately 5 working days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your order has been sent from us. If you have not received any information within 5 working days, please fell free to contact us at webshop@flattered.se

Do you have free shipping at Flattered?

Of course we do! Flattered have free shipping on all orders, and in case of any exchange and returns within 14 days.

How do I do to return or exchange my ballerinas?

We at Flattered always want you to be happy with your purchase. Therefore, we always offer free shipping for exchanges and returns, as well as a 14 days right of withdrawal.

We have two different terms regarding shoes that are returned to us:

  1. The shoes have to be in their original condition and not used. It is therefore important that you try the shoes on a surface that doesn’t damage the shoes outer sole, for example a carpet.
  2. You should send the package back with everything that you got with it, which includes the dust bag/shoe bag. If you choose to keep the shoe bag, we will charge you the value of the bag, 395 kr.

When exchanging:

If you would like to exchange your product, you should return that you have back to us and place a new order in our webshop, Flattered.se, for the shoes that you would like to exchange to. If you choose to pay by Klarna invoice, you can pause your invoice through the Klarna app until the shoes reach us.


When returning:

The parcel that you received contains a shipping bill. Please, put the shipping bill on the parcel and hand it in to a drop off point that represents the shipping company written on your shipping bill. The easiest way may be to drop the package of at the same place where you picked it up.

It is important that your parcel is secured with tape when sent back to us.


Have we received your return?

It usually takes about 5 working days for us to receive and handle your return. If you have already paid for the returned items, you will be refunded to the banking account that you paid with. If you chose to pay by invoice and have not yet paid the invoice, the invoice will be credited as soon as we have received and accepted your return.

If the process takes longer than 5 days, if your invoice is due for payment, or if you have any questions regarding your return/exchange, don’t hesitate to contact us at webshop@flattered.se.

If you have returned your items within 14 days, but still got a invoice reminder from Klarna, you can ignore it. We will adjust your Klarna invoice as soon as we receive the returning shoes and remove any reminder charge.

I have received a defective item, how do I proceed?

We guarantee that the items you receive are in their right condition. If you would receive a defective or wrongly delivered item, please contact us at webshop@flattered.se. When contacting us, please attach images of the defective items in the email. That will make it easier for us to handle your complaint.
